Kylie Rheya

well, kylie rheya is finally here. i know mommy has been expecting her for a few weeks now since cayden was 4 weeks early. kylie was born on may 13, 2008 @ 3pm. 7lbs 11oz 21in. i'm sure the first few weeks will take some getting used to with two kids now but i wouldn't have it any other way. cayden doesn't seem to totally grasp the baby idea yet. he did give the baby a hug and kiss before he went home last night.

new year

i hope everyone had a great christmas and new year. for those that don't know we are going to be having a little girl come may. we are very excited. charity thought for sure we were going to have another boy for some reason. at least this way she won't be so out numbered anymore. we went down to the beach for christmas to see family. it was fun and nice to see everyone but hectic at the same time. cayden made out very well this year he usually does though. thanks for visiting.

Thanksgiving

another thanksgiving has come and gone. sometimes it is hard to believe how fast time goes by. we opened our house again for family this thanksgiving. it is nice to have family here with us visiting. poppa, nanna, aunt brenna, uncle darrin, and cousin jacob came in for thanksgiving this year. momma kim, aunt jaimie, and uncle brett went to johnson city but hopefully they can make it next year for thanksgiving. we all had a good time, especially cayden and jacob. i am sure the next few weeks will be busy getting ready for christmas. such a wonderful but hectic time of year. i hope everyone had a great thanksgiving and has a wonderful christmas and new year.

trip to nashville

well, we made a trip to nashville a couple of weekends ago for jacobs first birthday. even though it is a long trip for a short stay we all had a great time. this was the first time the boys had seen each other in about 6 months. they seemed to interact with each other pretty well. jacob is still crawling but once he is walking it should be real fun when they are together. we got to see all the family while we where there which is also nice.

new baby

well, we found out two weeks ago that we are pregnant again. not that is was a surprise. we were planning for it and pretty much new we were. we went to the doctor to confirm though. we are about 9 weeks along, due date is may 11, 2008.

company picnic

we went to the brinks company picnic yesterday. it was a very nice setup. they had pony rides, moonwalk, slide, and plenty of food. i wasn't real sure how much cayden was going to be able to do. the only thing was the moonwalk. he didn't seem to really get the idea, plus there were some other bigger kids in there jumping around. he seemed to have a good time though just running around everywhere.
